As Winter turns into Spring, join me at the idyllic rural setting of Brickhouse Vineyard to step (or hop) into spring with style to celebrate the changing of the seasons.
There will be two yoga practices during the day;
A flowing yoga practice to have fun, with crafted sequences that bring you up and down off the floor to build heat. Incorporating a spring into our step and linking movement with breath to create a focussed uplifting flow.
A restorative floor based yoga practice, using props to support you whilst you hold each posture for up to 7 minutes. Perfect for deep relaxation and opening of the connective tissues within the body.
