Froginwell Vineyard
Still in its relatively early stages, the vineyard was planted in 2005 and is approximately 1 acre in size. We grow six varieties of grapes, five white and one red, with the white Seyval Blanc variety as our main crop. We continue our learning curve with every harvest and our aim is to just get better and better.
Visitors to the vineyard are welcome all year round, especially in the Autumn during grape harvest when it’s a case of all hands on deck! There is constant activity in the Market Garden throughout the year where we grow soft fruit, vegetables and flowers for the shop.

Froginwell Vineyard & Cider Barn has become one of Devon’s most unique and charming venues, situated on 20 acres of rolling East Devon countryside. Perfectly placed overlooking a gentle slope of an acre of vineyard, the Barn’s setting provides a welcoming, relaxed atmosphere that allows guests to relax and soak up the tranquility and space that the grounds have to offer.
