Quercus 2017

A rich bouquet of vanilla and ripe tropical fruits. This light barrel aged dry wine has plenty of attack, with attractive citrus flavours coming through on the palate. The finish is warming with lingering oak character, but has a fresh appeal. A good partner to a range of fish, poultry and pork dishes.

Rose` 2018, Medium

A young vibrant Rose wine with attractive berry fruit aromas and a delicious palate. The crisp acidity is well matched by natural sweetness with a melody of redcurrant, rasberry and peach flavours to finish. Enjoy !

Our first sparkling rose made from the Acolon grape. Although a 'Brut' the wine is more 'off dry' with a broad appeal. A berry-rich bouguet unfolds into an attractive summer fruit palate. Venus, 2017, Dry Red Wine

An attractive light to medium-bodied red that is ageing well. This deep rich colour delights and the aromas of dark red berried fruit and ripe plum are full with real appeal. The young wine is smooth and mellow with hints of oak, vanilla pod and black current. The finish has good length and soft tannins. This wine will accompany a broad range of flavoursome foods.
