Aromas of red fruits with a hint of blueberry overlaid with subtle notes of vanillin oak. Notes of spice, fresh earth and minerals start to develope on decanting.
Bright, sweet cherry and berry notes on the palate; a vibrant acidity and subtle creamy oak on the finish. Decant and leave for an hour to heighten the black cherry and fruit flavours with a satisfyingly long finish. Can also be served slightly chilled.
