Coddington Vineyard

Coddington One of England’s most beautiful vineyards grow three grape varieties and produce single variety wines from them, including their award winning and very popular Bacchus.

Coddington Vineyard and gardens is an ideal location for a wedding or other special party.

The working vineyard is at the foot of the Malvern Hills on the Herefordshire side, near Ledbury.

Every aspect provides a perfect backdrop for your event, full of character and beauty.


Stay on the Vineyard

You can stay on our Herefordshire vineyard in a Grade II listed self-catering cottage, once a hop drying barn.

We have a two bedroom holiday cottage to rent for breaks of more than 2 nights.

Accommodation comprises one double en-suite bedroom and one twin bedrooom. Available for £85 per night.


Woodchester Valley Vineyard

Woodchester Valley Vineyard is a family owned vineyard and winery established by the Shiner family in 2007.

A boutique estate across three vineyard sites, we specialise in award winning white, rose and sparkling wines from vines planted in the Cotswold Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.


Come and enjoy a short break in one of our 3 luxury guestrooms, all with private terraces offering stunning views across the vineyard and valley. Each guestroom is beautifully furnished and offers a kitchenette with kettle, toaster and microwave grill, underfloor heating, gas log burner and full sky package TV in both the living area and the bedroom of each guestroom, plus a bathroom with separate large shower and a bath. We offer a breakfast hamper at an extra cost. The perfect solution for short break in the breath taking Cotswolds. We also have a self catering 2 bedroom farmhouse on site, if you are looking for a longer stay.

Oastbrook Estate Vineyard

Oastbrook Estate is an idyllic vineyard retreat in the Sussex countryside. Enjoy our exceptional sparkling wine and maybe stay a while in our Hobbit House.


As part of the Oastbrook experience, we have two beautiful properties where we can welcome guests for self-catering breaks. Our Hobbit House looks right over the new vineyard and Rother Valley. In nearby Ticehurst we have a cottage close to Bewl Water that sleeps 6 people. Tours of the vineyard can be arranged for people staying at either property.


Nestled in the heart of the Rother Valley, a short walk from Bodiam Castle and in the midst of a vineyard, sits a beautiful hobbit house buried into a bank with exquisite views of the valley.

This hideaway offers unique luxury accommodation built by local craftsmen from local materials. The Rother valley steam railway, a host of local pubs and activities such as kayaking at the bottom of the farm, cycling at Bedgebury, visits to Rye and Winchelsea and the beach at Camber are all close at hand, as are a number of other local vineyards that welcome visitors.

The hobbit house sleeps 4 people in two luxury bedrooms, each with a king size bed and its own en-suite bathroom. The kitchen has all the basics you will need and is open plan onto the living area which has its own indoor stove.



Set in the hamlet of Three Leg Cross, The Hollies is a well equipped old Wealden cottage with a beautiful garden perfectly placed very near to a country pub and Bewl Water, this is the perfect quiet retreat to enjoy the countryside, biking walking and watersports.

Set over three floors, there is an open plan living space on the ground floor with a separate kitchen and downstairs bathroom with a shower and bath, french windows look out into the back garden. There is a large sofa and dining area for 6 people.

The staircase leads up to the first floor where there are two double bedrooms with stunning views over the garden and surrounding countryside and a second bathroom and on the third floor is a third double bedroom reached by another flight of steps.

There is a car port for parking and additional off street parking available.

On the edge of Trevibban Mill vineyard is this eco lodge surrounded by apple trees, vines and natural wilderness. The peaceful location is second to none and the lodge itself feels comfortable and welcoming but, at the same time, open plan, light and airy in a contemporary style, complete with a woodburner for those cooler months.

Wythall Estate Vineyard

Wythall is a 16th century half-timbered manor house in a secluded and idyllic setting, with a garden, duck pond and wooded grounds.

Two cottages, the Game Larders and the Old Bakehouse, are completely self-contained and are situated in the west wing of the house. They are well equipped and furnished in period style. Both cottages have use of the garden and there is ample parking space. Water is supplied from our own spring. There is oil-fired central heating throughout.

The cottages each have a flatscreen television, DVD player, telephone and Wi-Fi access. Linen and towels are provided. A cot and highchair is available. Pets are welcome.

Calancombe Estate

The Calancombe Estate is located in the delightful Witchcombe Valley, close to Modbury in South Devon.

Surrounded by its own 64 acres of farmland, orchards and vineyards, Coombe Farm is situated in the tranquil Witchcoombe Valley, close to the picturesque market town of Modbury. The sandy beaches of Bantham, Bigbury-on-Sea and Thurlestone are less than 5 miles away, and the nearby natural harbours of Salcombe and the River Yealm offer sheltered waters for sailing and other watersports. Surfing at Bigbury and Bantham is excellent. Dartmoor is only 3 miles to the North.

Coombe Farm has 2 properties available to let; Coombe Farmhouse for up to 12 guests and Vine Cottage, a luxury one-bedroom house for 2 guests. During the peak summer holiday season, (mid-July to early September) Vine Cottage is only available for rent with Coombe Farmhouse, to ensure privacy for guests who spend much of their time outside in the Courtyard and in the pool. However, for the remainder of the year when guests tend to spend more of their time indoors, Vine Cottage is available seperately, and it can also be booked with Coome Farmhouse to accommodate up to 14 guests in total.

Charles Palmer Vineyards and Wickham Manor B&B

Charles Palmer Vineyards is a family run wine estate at Winchelsea, East Sussex. 

The first vines were planted in 2006 specifically with the aim of producing sparkling wine of the highest standards.

Wickham Manor is a stunning 16th Century home, surrounded by 750 acres of farm land in the beautiful ancient town of Winchelsea. 

The National Trust Manor is located just 4 miles from Rye and 7 miles from Hastings. 

It really is the perfect country getaway with lots of scenic walks and breathtaking views of Winchelsea beach. 

Wickham Manor was also used as the set for the home of "Mr Holmes" 2015, starring Sir Ian McKellen.

Brenley Vineyard

Brenley Farm has been in the Berry family and carefully managed for many generations.

Here at Brenley we have two licensed spaces to hold your ceremony.

Inside the beautiful Georgian farmhouse, we have the dining room which can seat 30 guests and offers a slightly more formal option in summer or shelter from the temperamental British weather in colder months.

Berry-Brenley-Farm336Outside on the front lawn, in front of the house, just by the duck pond and barn is our beautiful traditional gazebo, complete with Kent peg roof and timber posts. Here you can seat up to 100 guests on hay bales or chairs (which can be hired in at an extra cost). We also have a newly acquired marquee, that we can erect should the rain gods be unkind.

Join us in the elegant Georgian, family farmhouse on our working farm close to Faversham, Kent. Still very much a traditional Kent farm growing hops, vineyard, apples, pears and cereal crops. Although peacefully situated amidst the orchards and paddocks, we have easy access to the many attractions the area has to offer. Whether you come for a short break to take life at a more leisurely pace, or a longer stay to explore the delights of Kent, we have something for everyone in our bed and breakfast.
