Tuffon Hall Vineyard

:Tuffon Hall is a vineyard based in Castle Hedingham, North Essex. We have been arable farmers for 6 generations and specialise in growing milling wheat (to make bread) and malting barley (to make beer or whisky). These crops require a higher level of stewardship of farming than normal feed crops. We have used the same care and attention to grow our vines. In 2011 we planted 5 acres of Bacchus, Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier (the third ingredient to champagne, which most people forget). We sell a range of award winning still and sparkling wines.

Wedding Venue:

Congratulations on your recent engagement. We are delighted that you are considering Tuffon Hall as your venue for your special day. What could be more romantic than to hold your ceremony in the gorgeous atmosphere of an English Vineyard with picturesque views across the North Essex countryside? Afterwards you can enjoy our award-winning English wine with your guests on our sun-drenched terrace, then eat and dance in our beautifully converted 16th century barn. We’d love you to enjoy your day here with us at Tuffon Hall, whether it is for your vineyard wedding ceremony, reception in the Cellar Door or both.
