Pale Park Rondo 2019 is a beautifully versatile light bodied red wine. Deep garnet in colour with a slight purple tinge. Aromas of stewed blackberries, cherry and spices.
English organicPinot Noir, grown on a south facing sandy clay soil site. The grapes are 50% destemmed (without cruching the berries) and fermented with natural yeast for a 10 days before pressing.
