Our vineyard stands on the banks of the river Frome, just outside Bishops Frome, at Paunton. On a south facing slope surrounded by orchards, hop yards and rolling meadows it is easy to see why the site was chosen over thirty years ago.

The Tour & Tasting takes between 1-2 hours £20 per person.

We look forward enormously to seeing you!

We have plenty of parking in our courtyard. Children and dogs are welcome, but we can only give tastings to 18+ adults – it’s the law!

We are wheel-chair accessible; however, we’re sorry, we do not have a disabled loo in our listed buildings.

Reichensteiner 2019	Reichensteiner is a delicate variety, with a beautiful delicate leaf. It makes a gentle, light, fragrant, slightly smoky wine. It is lovely with fish, a syllabub or on its own as an aperitif.	£12.75 Per bottle
Pinot Noir 2022	Our Pinot Noir is a delicious mouthful of summer fruits. It is a tremendous aperitif or it is sitting in the garden with a bowl of strawberries! We are not situated in the south of France with relentless sunshine, powering up the tannins. Our pinot noir is altogether more delicately sumptuous!	£14.75 Per bottle
Paunton Sparkling 2015	This beautiful sparkling wine, made in the traditional sparkling method, combines our Pinot Noir and Seyval Blanc in a sumptuous blend, making a biscuity, dry, mouthful of foamy revelry.	£24.00 Per bottle
Huxelrebe 2017	Huxelrebe tantalises the taste buds with a full body and a slightly citrus tang. It is a robust grape variety that grows strongly in our vineyard. A feisty vine and a feisty wine. Excellent with meat, blue cheese, spicy food.	£10.50 Per bottle
Madeleine Angevine 2022	Madeleine Angevine, or “Mad Ange” to us, has an amazing elderflower nose; it is a full wine with a creamy finish. It is great as an aperitif and lovely with salads, white meats or fish.	£12.75 Per bottle
Bacchus 2022	This is a classic English wine: light, dry with elderflower notes. Like the Greek god, it loves a good time. It is full bodied, has a full bouquet and is ideal with poultry, salads and all vegetable dishes.	£14.75 Per bottle
Paunton Medium Dry 2017	This is our good quaffing wine. It is made with huxelrebe and reichensteiner; this vintage has a touch of bacchus in it to round it out. It is designed to go with everything or on its own, as an aperitif, with roast chicken or the latest boxset.	£8.50 Per bottle
