Ten Acres Vineyard

Welcome to Ten Acres Vineyard Camping. Deep in the heart of Devon, our unique one-acre campsite is situated next to our vineyard, overlooking the rolling hills of Devon and the peaks of Dartmoor beyond.

Ten Acres is down a quiet half-mile track well away from traffic.

We make our own sparkling and still wines here for the on-site shop - The Devon Wine Shack. We also offer weekly Saturday vineyard and wine-tasting tours as well as a cheese and wine-tasting hour every Wednesday. There are private vineyard tours exclusive to your group on other days. The tours are usually a very jolly affair and guests are taken around the vineyard and into our winery, followed by an informal guided wine-tasting. Children and dogs on leads are also welcome to join. Come and join us for a memorable wine experience!

Accommodation:

We have a fully furnished glamping tent that sleeps up to 4 adults or 2 adults/2 children. There is also a lovingly restored original gypsy wagon for a romantic getaway (free vineyard tour/tasting included). Get back to nature in a bit of style!

There are also eight spacious grass camping pitches for tents and campervans.

All of our pitches have beautiful views over the vineyard, lush Devon countryside and Dartmoor. A peaceful spot to relax and unwind with family and friends.

Camping:

We can offer you a peaceful relaxing friendly campsite in a beautiful location in the rural heart of Devon. We have a one-acre site with ten spacious grass pitches for tents and campervans only.

The campsite has wonderful views over our vineyard and the Devon countryside and Dartmoor. There are weekly vineyard tour and tasting experiences every Saturday afternoon as well as a cheese and wine tasting hour every Wednesday. We have two compost loos and a hot shower, a campsite shelter with an Ooni pizza kitchen and a wine shop selling our sparkling and still wines, local ales and ciders and homemade apple juice.

It's just a mile's stroll to the nearby village of Winkleigh, which has a great array of pubs, cafes, shops and a cider house. We are also well-placed for day trips to both Dartmoor and Exmoor as well as the stunning North Devon coast and the wonderful Tarka Trail cycle path along the old rural railway line, taking in both coast and countryside.

We look forward to welcoming you!
