Bolton Castle Vineyard
Situated on a hillside overlooking the spectacular scenery of Wensleydale, this tiny walled vineyard of 100 vines was replanted in 2016 (grape var. Rondo) and does well to survive the blustery weather. It is part of the medieval-style gardens lovingly recreated and which also include a dyers' border, Mary Garden, herb garden and maze.
