Granary Hotel & Restaurant
Planted in 2014, the 450 vines using the Pinot Noir Précoce variety have just yielded their best ever crop of approximately one and a half tonnes of grapes in late September 2018. This will be processed by Halfpenny Green vineyard into a Still Rose – and the hotel’s first ever Sparking wine available in 2020.
