Carr Taylor White Pinot	An equal blend of fresh, crisp Pinot Blanc and the subtle fruit of Pinot Noir; an outstanding example of the elegance that can be achieved in England’s cool climate. The perfumed nose of white peach and brioche is followed by an invigorating palate of taut minerality that compliments the white fruit and apricot notes. With hints of toast from bottle age which lends creaminess and a fine silky mousse, the complexity of flavours persist in the long, clean finish.	£31.99 Per bottle
Carr Taylor Brut	Pale golden with subtle aromas of fresh apple and elderflower, our Brut Sparkling Wine is racy and fresh. Bottle maturation provides hints of biscuit on the nose, and butter on the palate. As with all our Sparkling Wines, it is made using the same traditional method as Champagne, with a secondary fermentation in the bottle. However, using different grape varieties to Champagne results in slightly less austere, more aromatic, fruity flavours which have proved to be consistently popular over the years.	£21.99 Per bottle
