Dillions Vineyard
Dillions Vineyard is a new vineyard in Staplefield, West Sussex owned by David and Lisa Trott. With 25 acres in the High Weald Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, bordering the beautiful Nymans Woods, it is a home as well as a business.
Our first vines were planted in 2019. In partnership with Defined Wines in Kent and selected vineyards, we have now produced three wines, two Bacchus, one 2019 and one 2020 and a Rosé with a view to produce a sparkling wine and a red in the future.
