Tasting Note
A refreshingly versatile dry white wine with plenty of backbone. Bright medium gold with fine legs. It has appealing aromas of apple blossom and orchard fruits including coxes apple, medlar and quince alongside pear compote flecked with vanilla notes. The palate is crisp and vibrant with exquisite balance and zesty mouthfeel. Flavours include grapefruit and pineapple with citrus lime acidity and subtle minerality on the finish. It has a crystalline structure with seamless oak integration and great length.
