SPARKLING WHITE
Pale golden-yellow colour. On the nose: Smell of pears and delicate baked apples. On the palate: Smell follows through on to the palate. A soft unaggressive mousse, and a full, baked-apple finish.
Wythall Estate's Sparkling White is made exclusively from the Orion grape - a hybrid variety of German origin. Orion was created by Dr. Gerhardt Alleweldt (1927-2005) at the Geilweilerhof Institute for Grape Breeding in Siebeldingen in 1964.
