Balfour Brut Rosé 2021 is our flagship wine and the first ever produced at Balfour Winery. Crafted from a single vineyard, Oast House Meadow, on our Hush Heath Estate, this iconic English sparkling rosé showcases the pinnacle of our winemaking journey.
The 2021 vintage, with a blend of 34% Pinot Noir, 51% Chardonnay, and 15% Pinot Meunier, offers a vibrant profile with notes of wild strawberry, blood orange, and a hint of crushed oyster shell. The palate delivers redcurrant, pomegranate, and grapefruit, balanced by the classic Kentish acidity, resulting in a wine that is both bright and structured.
With an ABV of 12.5% and a dosage of 8 g/l, this wine exemplifies the elegance and precision that Balfour is renowned for.
