Blanc de Blancs 2015
Apricot, peach and citrus notes blended with brioche aromas. It has a lower acidity than the 2013 and consequently a lower dosage. This is a great vintage to get stuck into early.
This is made with 100% of our Chardonnay grapes. 3 years on lees.
