Tasting notes
The nose is expressive yet restrained, with ripe pear skin, white peach and a hint of hawthorn blossom. On the palate, juicy stone fruits and a mineral backbone lead into a long, focused and dry finish.
The method
Our winemaking embraces purity, texture and balance. A detailed, small batch, low intervention approach allows the fruit to shine through. The 2020 Bacchus was hand picked at its peak in late September, ripened by the warm tail end of summer.
