DORSET CHARDONNAY 2018
This is our first still 100% Chardonnay from the outstanding and sunny 2018 vintage. Made thanks to spontaneous fermentation, unfined and unfiltered.
On the nose it has aromas of kiwi and melon, with fresh salinity and wet stone on the palate. The finish is rich and creamy leaving a long satisfying finish.
This wine can be enjoyed as an aperitif or with something more complex such as white meats or creamy cheeses.
