This high quality, dry white wine with gentle flavours and texture is made from 100% Pinot Gris grapes hand-picked from our vineyard in October 2020.

Known as Pinot Grigio in Italy, this graceful and versatile wine has a subtle bouquet of white blossom, characterised by flavours of green apple and pear with a hint of honey. Enjoy it as an aperitif on summer days and warm autumn moments, or pair it with fish and chicken dishes.
