CORALLIAN NV
Our Corallian Classic Cuvée NV, with base vintage 2017 and 10% reserve wine, is a blend of 62% Chardonnay, 29% Pinot Noir and 9% Pinot Meunier.
A pale gold colour with a stream of fine bubbles. Aromas of cut grass, oyster shell and baked apple. The palate has a fine mousse with a saline focus. Stewed apple flavours with an integrated citrus acidity and a long finish. Both fresh and complex.
A wine suited to all occasions, drinking equally well on its own or particularly with fish dishes. Perfect now or age for up to 3 years.
