This is the sweeter version of our sparkling wine range without tasting overly sweet, it is made with a blend of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grapes. It has spent 5 years on lees and subsequently has well-developed flavours of peaches and apricots, with a lovely smooth taste of nectar that will remind you of long hot summer days. This wine is ideal for drinking on its own or with a dessert.
