Plumpton Estate Brut NV is made by the traditional

method using a blend of Riesling, Regner and

Reichensteiner. Grapes are hand-picked and

fermented before our winemaker carefully crafts

our blend with the help of our wine students. The

wine spends at least 2 years ageing on lees in the

bottle before riddling and disgorging.
