Saint Marie
A flagship dry white wine made from a blend of Orion and Seyval Blanc grapes. A careful cool fermentation in stainless steel with a short period of aging in contact with the yeast to add complexity. Overall it displays the character of the site reflecting the sea that surrounds La Mare and the fresh North West winds that prevail.
