Traditional Bacchus characteristics of delicate elderflower, ripe gooseberry and tropical fruit are harmonised in this sparkling Rosé with ripened red berry notes from the Pinot Meunier and Regent. The structure is built upon layers of flavour, with the backbone being fresh acidity. Well-balanced citrus refreshes the palate, whilst softer flavours of raspberry and strawberry add a subtle sweetness.
