Mandatory Information Required for EU Orders
Dear Client,
Due to increasingly stringent EU customs requirements, all orders being shipped to EU destinations must include at least one of the following recipient contact details when the order is placed:
- A recipient contact telephone number, or
- A recipient email address
Without at least one of these contact details, carriers and customs authorities may be unable to contact the recipient to complete customs clearance. This requirement is becoming increasingly common, even for shipments sent duty paid (DDP).
In Mintsoft, our warehouse management software, the relevant data fields are available when creating an order. Please ensure every EU order includes at least one of the mandatory contact fields before submitting the order.
