Today marks the first release of our debut sparkling wine — Ozymandias, Blanc de Blancs 2019.
Our “King of Kings” is crafted entirely from Chardonnay and pays tribute to the celebrated poet Percy Bysshe Shelley, whose family once owned the vineyard farmland for nearly 300 years.
The cornflower, seen growing along our vineyard ridge, is an ancient symbol of rebirth — representing renewal, beauty, and environmental longevity. These are the qualities that define this first chapter of our sparkling story.
