Clee Sparkling
This sparkling wine was bottle fermented using the "Methode Champenois" traditional method. The grapes are from the 2014, 2015, and 2016 growing seasons and the base wine was lightly oaked. Solaris, Seyval and a few red grape varieties give this English Sparking wine a good, biscuity flavour.
