2016 Demi-Sec
This is a pudding fizz made for us by Emma Rice (twice UK wine maker of the year) at Hattingley Valley. A demi-sec is created at dosage stage with extra sugar blended with the base wine. The wine then has a further 6 months on cork in cellar.
