2016 Classic Cuvée Brut
Our second release, made for us by Emma Rice (twice UK wine maker of the year) at Hattingley Valley, Alresford. The grapes were hand harvested and whole bunch pressed. After blending the wine underwent a secondary fermentation in bottle and then spent 24 months on its yeast lees and a further 6 months on cork in cellar. Released December 2019.
