The Great British Vineyards Guide

This is a blend of Pinot Noir, Pinot Gris and Bacchus. Foot trodden, macerated and then co-fermented in fibreglass for around 5 months before bottling. 

The wine is a beautiful vibrant red colour that glows in the glass, with a touch of sediment and a soft sparkle in the glass. What you taste is down to your palate, but we think this wine is packed full of red fruits with rhubarb, cranberry and spicy notes with a touch of elderflower. This is much more concentrated that the 2021 vintage, with fuller more fruit forward flavours. A perfect summer drink, best served slightly chilled for those hot sunny days. 

The fermentation started spontaneously with wild yeasts present on our grapes. No sulphur added or filtration or fining.
