A 2017 Vintage sparkling wine comprising Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunièr (Blanc de Noir). Pale straw yellow with exceptionally fine bead. Pinot Noir driven, elegant and buttery. Lemon sherbet on mid palate with layers of tangerine. Long crisp extra fine persistent mousse. A Vintage sparkling wine for very special occasions.
All of our wines are made without filtration or the use of any fining chemicals. They undergo a minimum of eighteen months secondary fermentation before release.
