2021 Still White Wine
Dalwood Vineyard is delighted to present this 2021 dry white, created from the grapes of our single estate, one block vineyard in East Devon. This single block produces just 3,800 bottles of still wine.
The three varieties are picked individually by hand, to ensure each variety is harvested at it’s best. We employ a minimal intervention, whole-bunch pressing method that allows the flavours of the crop to flourish.
This wine transports you from the hedgerows via the orchards of England to the Devon coast with every sip. With delicate white flowers and pears on the nose leading to a pallet of pink grapefruit, mandarin orange and pear drops. Expect salinity, chalky minerality and a lingering aftertaste calling you back for more!
