Paunton Sparkling Rose 2010
This English Sparkling wine, made in the traditional champagne method, from 2010 is a blend of seyval blanc and pinot noir. We left it on the lees to give it this light rose colouring. It is dry, nutty, light and delicious. A celebration in a bottle!
