Grape varieties: Reichensteiner (80%) and Bacchus (20%) 11% ABV
Sister wine to our hugely popular Novicemaster.
A little lighter at 11%, its refreshing acidity gives rapier-like precision and purity.
The wine has a balance between green apple and citrus fruits with a degree of complexity in both components.
There's a slightly herbal element and a light body. More of a food wine, it would go down a treat with mussels, oysters, scallops, or fish with a squeeze of lemon, or try with pork dishes.
This wine will also develop well over the next two to three years.
