This is our 2021 Vintage ‘Willow‘ Still White wine
A small batch single vintage blend of our Phoenix and Seyval Blanc. Partially hand de-stemmed and foot crushed, left on skins before a wild fermentation. Unfiltered and unfined with no sulphur added at any stage.
