Quality Sparkling White Wine, produced using the Traditional Method, exclusively from Seyval Blanc grapes grown on our vineyard in Devon. Winner of a Silver Medal in the 2019 WineGB Awards.
A delightful sparkling white wine with an air of vibrancy. Bright pale lemon-green with small delicate bubbles. Aromas of apple blossom and elderflower with ripe orchard fruits including pear william, coxes apples and greengage plus a citrus edge.
It has a lively mousse with persistent bubbles. Citrus flavours dance on the palate including kaffir lime and a touch of lemon sherbet alongside crunchy green apples, gooseberry and kiwifruit. There is also a herbaceous hint of nettle and asparagus. A refreshing and energetic sparkling white wine bursting with zesty flavours and a touch of minerality plus an attractive saline finish.
