This single vintage, small batch, unfiltered organic wine is made from our Regent grapes grown here on the vineyard.

We're very excited with this minimal intervention small batch wine which has benefited from being de-stemmed, and then only fifty percent pressed, and that juice then regularly poured back over the remaing whole grapes to carbonically macerate the harvest.
