Three Squirrels Brut
Started at Shawsgate and finished by Dermot Sugrue, Wiston Estate's Decanter gold medal winner in 2014. Instead of the usual French grapes, this lively sparkler is made from a unique blend of Muller Thurgau, Huxelrebe and Reichensteiner from vines averaging 25 years old resulting in an acidity and minerality which many prefer to its better known rivals. Great now but will benefit from further bottle age. EAVA Silver Medal 2017
