Made using the traditional method, bottle fermented and then aged on the lees for 19 months before being disgorged. Aromatic, floral and delicate on the nose. Crisp, zesty, lemony, yet creamy smooth with yeasty notes on the palate. Elegant and with balanced acidity leads to a delicious finish.
