This Poulton Hill Estate Seyval Blanc/Phoenix blend is deceptively light in colour.  The nose has fabulous elderflower at the forefront with herbaceous hints that are reminiscent of a traditional French Sauvignon.  It is packed full of flavour with notes of lychee, nettle and gooseberry, followed by a long, clean finish.  Our Special Reserve White is a perfect accompaniment to fish, white meat and cheese.
