Blanc de Blancs 2014 is the first vintage of our Sussex Sparkling wine, produced from Chardonnay grapes grown on Rathfinny Wine Estate. Rathfinny Blanc de Blancs 2014 delivers creamy apricot and acacia notes on the nose, nuances of yuzu and lemon meringue on the palate, and a rich, apple-strudel finish.
