Brut 2016
Pale straw in colour from the increased amount of Chardonnay with a distinct, fine mousse. Lovely orchard fruits: baked pears with a hint of spice and creaminess on the nose. On the palette it has an abundance of rich, ripe fruit complemented by a hint of brioche and a wonderful, soft mouth feel.
A concentrated full flavour wine, with not too much acidity makes it perfect to pair with a meaty white fish, like monkfish; for the cheese lover: a ripe camembert.
