Wellhayes Sparkling Wine
The 2018 vintage has a gentle mousse and light acidity with a fresh taste of strawberry and a hint of raspberry. It has been stored ‘on the lees’ for 2-3 years and is ready for drinking now but will improve over the next year or so.
The wine is available in standard 75cl bottles and is 12.5% vol. It contains some sulphites and is suitable for vegans.
