Created from our Pinot Noir rosé wine plus distilled botanicals, our Pink Vermouth is made in the style of an Aperitivo Americano. Created using a closely guarded recipe boasting a variety of botanicals including juniper, lime, lemon and chamomile. Serve over ice with a splash of soda as a refreshing aperitif, or use in cocktails.
