Regarded as the ‘Rolls Royce’ of bottling machines the GAI is a state-of-the-art piece of kit that we have at our disposal here at Penn Croft Winery. Our Headwinemaker Ben Smith has said “It’s one of the best in the world” which is high praise.

The quality for design helps keep dissolved oxygen pickup very low, which is key for still wine quality.
