At Stanlake Park, we’re passionate about crafting delicious wines while minimising our environmental footprint. In the last years, we have adopted several sustainable winemaking practices, and we have even more plans for the future.
Recently, we started launched wines without foil capsules. With the advances on cork technology, foil tops are not really necessary anymore, meaning they're just another piece of something that ends in the landfill. So we decided not to use them anymore. You will see our wines gradually being released without foil capsules, as our stock runs out.
However, packaging is an important marketing tool and consumers are not always happy when someone changes a traditional appearance.
