Palette: bold flavours of blackberry with hints vanilla well balanced.
WINE MAKING
The grapes were hand harvested in September 2018 and the juice fermented in stainless Steel vats.
FOOD NOTES
A perfect accompaniment with Lamb, Fish, Pasta, Cheese or on its own.
