WINE MAKING
The grapes were hand harvested in September & October 2018 each variety fermented separately in stainless Steel vats, Prior to blending on tasting.
FOOD NOTES
A perfect accompaniment with Charcuterie, cheese or canapés. An ideal aperitif.
