Dewlish Farm Shop Summer Pop-Up at Langham
Starting Friday 10th July, Dewlish Farm Shop will be joining us every Friday from 1pm with Ruby, their mobile farm shop, bringing beautiful seasonal produce grown just a couple of fields away in Dewlish. Expect freshly picked fruit and vegetables, free-range eggs, artisan bread, local honey and preserves, fresh flowers, and the occasional sweet treat.
Recent produce has included Beets, Broad Beans, Carrots, Celery, Courgette, Endive, Spring Onions, New Potatoes, Peas, Radish, Rhubarb, strawberries, Tomatoes, Honey, Blackcurrant Jam, Chicken Eggs, Duck Eggs, Quail Eggs, Sourdough Bread & Flowers.
About Dewlish Farm Shop
"Dewlish Farm Shop sells seasonal fruit and vegetables, all manner of extremely free-range eggs, honey and preserves, occasional sweet treats, and flowers at a humble roadside stall on the outskirts of Dewlish village, Dorset.
The stall resides at the heart of a 1,500-acre working farm and was started two years ago as a way to share the abundance of produce growing in the estate's kitchen garden.
This year, Dewlish Farm Shop is hitting the road. Driven by the amount of produce coming out of the garden, birds and bees, we have employed the services of a 1936 Austin Ruby to help our produce travel -- albeit, we admit, not very far.
Originally a saloon car before being converted to a van, Ruby's had a life or two already. But now, newly restored and repainted, she'll be bringing the week's harvest from our fields to your table. If she can make it up the hill to Langham, that is."
